Welcome!
You can find your way to play TF2 Beta for free in this topic, its well explained and will get you playing TF2 in no time Wink
anyway here we go,
1. You need to get Steam
2. Install steam & crack it using SASiO'S patch (place the crack inside your steam folder and run it!)
3. Download the needed files for TF2 [Picture] [Download TF2 GCF] [Download other GCF] (u can download the OTHER GCF files from steam aswell! just let team fortress 2 update itself AFTER you went trough all the steps!.
4. Run your CRACKED steam and log into your account (preferably a blank one!) TF2 should be 100% done!
5. Run Team Fortress 2
6. Go to Find servers -> filters... -> set the "anti cheat" to non secure (see Example)

7. Play Team fortress 2 for free online! (see Example)
8. Enjoy your game!

Working Dedicated server cracking Tutorial:
1. Get the Team Fortress 2 dedicated server.
2. Update using HLDS (-command update -game tf -dir)
3. Use REVOLUTiONS Source Engine Patcher v1.3a
4. VAC secure can work, make its better to turn it off.
Proof:

LISTEN SERVERS CANNOT BE CREATED (sv_lan 0) AND WILL GIVE U A LAN ERROR,THIS IS BECAUSE ITS BETA CRAP, HAMACHI WILL NOT WORK EITHER

TF2 got updated on 21.09.07
I will explain how u can update your game files and start playing again:
1. Get CFToolbox and place it on your \%sysdir%\Steam\SteamApps\ folder
2. Get the update for the GCF files [DOWNLOAD]
3. Extract the rar file from the updated gcf anywhere on your disk.
4. Close steam and run CFToolbox, right click on the gcf files that are marked "outdated'' select patches then select "apply update".
browse to the folder where u extracted your updated GCF files. select the right GCF.
IE: source 2007 binaries.2_to_4.update.gcf = source 2007 binaries.gcf
5. When your finished updating your game, close CFToolbox and go to \%sysdir%\steam and delete your steam.cfg, after this go to your %sysdir\steam\steamapps\youraccname\ and delete the team fortress 2 map. now restart steam and let it update.
6. Close steam and run SASiO's patcher.
7. You can now play TF2 100% working Smile

TF2 got updated on 22.09.07
I will explain how u can update your game files and start playing again:

I will explain how u can update your game files and start playing again:
METHOD 1
1. Get the update for the GCF files [DOWNLOAD]
2. Extract the rar file from the updated gcf in your sysdir\steam\steamapps\.
3. run patchme.bat
5. When your finished updating your game, go to \%sysdir%\steam and delete your steam.cfg, after this go to your %sysdir\steam\steamapps\youraccname\ and delete the team fortress 2 map. now restart steam and let it update.
6. Close steam and run SASiO's patcher.
7. You can now play TF2 100% working Smile

METHOD 2
