As a manager in FIFA MANAGER 12 you have complete control over the management of a modern soccer club. In the game you are responsible for the line-up, the tactics and training of your team, for signing the right players and the extension of your club facilities and the stadium. Special highlights in FIFA MANAGER 12 are the FIFA license more than 41,000 licensed players, 13,000 of whom come with original player pictures, the player manager and national team manager mode, the Create-a-Club mode and the Match Prognosis Tool as well as a unique comprehensive editor.

New Game Network "FIFA Manager 12 is the latest iteration of EA Sports’ long-running soccer management franchise. The series has seen a resurgence in late 2000s, and has mostly kept up the development pace of yearly releases while also bringing significant enough improvements to justify buying a new copy every year. After a rather bug-ridden release in 2010, this year’s edition was said to be focused on fan feedback and there are number of welcome changes that do, in fact, take the series closer to greatness. El33tonline: "During the course of my life I have played many football manager games and, like most aficionados of the genre, I believe that there won’t be many more groundbreaking changes to the game, just changes to the way it is presented and a few added extras with each new release. G3AR: The FIFA Manager series by Electronic Arts has always played second fiddle to SEGA’s highly popular Football Manager series, much like the rivalry between the Pro Evolution Soccer and FIFA titles. Having said this, the new features presented in FIFA Manager 12 really bring vital improvements to the series and help this title hold its own against its more experienced competitor.
