Detective Jack Walters hoped never to see "them" again. But in order to discover the secret of Innsmouth, he will have to deal with his fears again, or lose his sanity trying.
Based on the H.P. Lovecraft mythos and short story, "The Shadow Over Innsmouth", you will immerse yourself in the dark underworld of Lovecraft's New England and find the horrible secrets lying beneath.
Not only will you have to preserve your health, you will also need to keep your sanity, as the perverse beasts will eat away at a meter of sanity. You will have to sneak, fight, and talk your way through the game, using a first person interface in a dark 3d world. And you will have to deal with localized damage that can slow you down and require appropriate healing techniques. Also, you will not have a HUD, only intuitive cues as to health and ammunition.
