The biggest novelty in this DLC is a completely new race of Allayi, which in fact inspired the title of the expansion. This faction posses a unique ability to transform in order to adapt to winter, which also helps us during confrontation with enemies.

Ally are closely linked to a new, mysterious resource called Pearl of Auriga. It can be sacrificed on special building known as Altar of Auriga to modify effects of winter, using weather our advantage.
